The challenge of the Dahua project was to create an advertising video content capable of combining technical credibility and communicative immediacy, representing the brand’s products in a clear way.

In particular, the commercial video had to be:

  • Technically credible in the representation of scenarios related to the security & surveillance world.
  • Consistent with the visual language of a global enterprise brand.
  • Immediate in the understanding of the advertising message.
  • Scalable across different communication formats and digital advertising channels.
  • Independent from the limitations of traditional video production.

The focus was not only the production of an AI commercial video for the security sector, but the definition of a production approach capable of supporting the brand’s visual communication over time through scalable and controlled AI video content.

The solution

The spot created by Loto Studios stems from a precise creative and technical challenge: to produce an advertising content through a fully generative AI-based production pipeline, from the visual concept to the final output, without the use of physical sets or traditional filming.

Therefore, the entire commercial video was digitally built, combining environments, scenarios, and narrative sequences to represent the Dahua world in a direct and incisive way.

At its core, an AI-driven production workflow that integrated:

  • Generation of environments consistent with the reference sector.
  • Construction of cinematic scenes without the use of real locations.
  • Maintenance of visual continuity between sequences and shots.
  • Compositing, editing, and finalization for advertising output, event formats, and digital ADV.
