INTERACTIVE INSTALLATIONS FOR TRADE SHOWS
A clear interaction, even during a brief stand visit.
At a trade show, people approach with different interests and time available. An interactive installation needs to explain immediately what visitors can do, respond to their actions and let the next person start without lengthy preparation.
We create content and software for touchscreens, interactive walls and connected devices, choosing the system according to distance, light, space and stand staffing. We define the relationship with hardware supply together with the stand builder.

Explore and demonstrate
To browse a catalogue, compare variants, trigger a demonstration or understand how a product works.
Distinguish the formats
If you only need a sequence on an LED wall, choose 3D animation for trade shows. For an individual headset experience, the relevant service is virtual reality.
WHAT WE CREATE
From the gesture to the right content.
The interface needs to work in the stand setting without requiring visitors to learn a new tool.
Navigable content
3D scenes, menus, information cards and sequences that make product information accessible through the agreed journey.
Interaction and feedback
Touch, buttons or sensors are assessed according to precision, space and environment. We confirm actions with understandable visual cues.
Usage cycle
Idle screen, start, inactivity management and reset. We define staff controls and an alternative mode for handling a problem.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
A trial before the final installation.
01
Objective and space
We define what visitors should understand and how they will move through the area.
02
Prototype
We test the journey, controls and readability on a representative device.
03
Content and software
We produce scenes and develop the validated functions, with agreed revisions.
04
Testing and handover
We check integration with the stand builder and provide operating instructions.
TECHNICAL BRIEF
The actual conditions at the stand matter.
We gather constraints before choosing the interaction type.
| Input | What we define together |
|---|---|
| Audience and position | Distance from the display, control heights, circulation, accessibility and staffing. |
| Devices | Models, operating system, resolutions, inputs and connection methods for the existing system. |
| Network and operation | Network availability, daily startup, resetting and the need to update content. |
PROJECT TO EXPLORE
Eurofork at LogiMAT: exploring the product at the stand.
For Eurofork, Loto Studios developed an interactive 3D catalogue for use on stand stations at LogiMAT 2026 and on the web. The project is a reference for browsing and exploring products: each new installation is defined around its devices and intended visitor flow.

SCOPE AND BUDGET
Functions, content and integration before pricing.
An application for a single event starts at €3,000. The quotation depends on content, functions, devices to integrate and reuse requirements. An installation with multiple surfaces or sensors needs a specific assessment.
Hardware, rentals and physical structures are separate from content and software work. We confirm timing, tests and support after gathering the brief and the stand builder’s specifications.
FAQ
Questions about trade show installations.
Can you use our stand builder’s devices?
We assess the model, specifications and access before confirming compatibility. A trial on representative hardware reduces uncertainty before the show.
Is a camera always required?
No. Touchscreens or buttons may be more suitable. We consider sensors and cameras only when people’s gestures or presence are a useful part of the experience.
Can the experience work without internet?
We can assess local operation for functions that support it. Remote content, external services or synchronisation need a separate review.
How does it reset after each visitor?
We define an initial state and a reset rule, for example after inactivity or through a staff control. Behaviour is tested with the complete journey.
Do you record visitors’ images or data?
Not every installation requires this. Any collection or recording needs a specific scope and authorisation; it is not added automatically.
CONNECTED SERVICES
Different technologies, distinct objectives.
For a facilitated group activity, consider event gamification. For a linear stand presentation, see 3D animation for trade shows: its objective differs from that of an interface people can explore.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
What should visitors be able to do?
Send us the objective, show date, floor plan and available devices. We will define the interaction, content and technical responsibilities together.
AN INITIAL DISCUSSION
Space, audience and technology before installation.
We distinguish content and software from hardware and technical services, so the quote starts from a realistic scope.
