GAMIFICATION FOR CORPORATE EVENTS
A group participates when people understand what to do.
Event gamification uses rules, choices and feedback to give the audience an active role. It can support a convention, an internal meeting or a brand activation with quizzes, team challenges and results shared on screen.
We start with the theme, participants and available time. We define how people enter the game, collaborate or compete and how the host manages transitions. A score makes sense only when the rules are understandable and consistent with the objective.

Participation during the event
For groups taking part at the same time, with a shared pace and facilitation integrated into the programme.
Distinguish games from VR training
This page concerns participation in an event. A headset-based training simulation instead needs specific learning objectives, scenarios and assessments.
WHAT WE CREATE
Rules, content and facilitation in one project.
We build the activity around what participants need to do, without adding complexity that slows down the day.
Participation mechanics
Quizzes, choices, turns and collaborative or competitive challenges. We define scoring, ties and the ending transparently.
Content and interfaces
Questions, images, animations and screens consistent with the theme and the audience’s viewing distance.
Software and controls
Round management and result display, with host tools and agreed reset procedures.
DESIGN AND PRODUCTION
Test the game before involving the audience.
01
Objective and group
We define the message, participants, duration, language and host’s role.
02
Rules and prototype
We test a representative round to check understanding, pace and response handling.
03
Production
We develop software, content and screens according to the validated rules.
04
Operational rehearsal
We agree devices, network, running order and handling of unexpected situations with the production team.
TECHNICAL BRIEF
What to define for a manageable activity.
The format depends on the group and context, not just the number of questions.
| Input | What we define together |
|---|---|
| Participants | Approximate number, teams or individuals, languages and any accessibility requirements. |
| Rules and content | Theme, materials, response methods, scoring and ending criteria. |
| Facilitation and technology | Host, screens, devices, audio, network and time allocated to rehearsals and the activity. |
PROJECT TO EXPLORE
The Game Show: the audience joins the programme.
The Game Show is a Loto gamification project for corporate events. It illustrates one way to organise group participation through challenges and shared content: the mechanics, themes and integration for your event are defined around its brief.

SCOPE AND BUDGET
A starting point adapted to your event.
A basic gamification experience or interactive activation starts at €2,000. Mechanics, content, devices and required operation determine the quotation. A single-event application or reusable platform has a different scope.
Hardware, rentals, hosting and on-site support are defined separately. Dates and revisions are agreed after the brief; prizes, data collection and external integrations are not added automatically.
FAQ
Questions about event gamification.
Is competition always required?
No. We can design collaborative activities, shared choices or quizzes without individual rankings. The mechanic needs to suit the group and the message.
Do participants have to use their phones?
It depends on the format. We assess personal devices, buttons or provided stations, checking access, network and ease of use.
Who runs the activity during the event?
We agree the host’s and operators’ roles with the client or production team. The software is designed with controls and transitions suited to that operation.
Can the same system be used at other events?
Yes, by planning updatable content and reusable functions. We distinguish routine updates from new mechanics or integrations.
Are names or personal data necessary?
Not always: participation can be designed for teams or with non-personal identifiers. Any data or integrations need separate assessment and authorisation.
CONNECTED SERVICES
Different technologies, distinct objectives.
For a convention with several moments and formats, see corporate events. Training through individual simulations needs a learning design distinct from participation in an event.
LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
What do you want your group to do?
Describe the audience, theme, duration and available devices. We define rules and content around the participants’ experience and facilitation.
AN INITIAL DISCUSSION
Space, audience and technology before installation.
We distinguish content and software from hardware and technical services, so the quote starts from a realistic scope.
