FROM PRODUCT TO EXHIBITION STAND
Your product needs to be understood, even when you cannot bring it to the trade show.
3D animation for trade shows is a product, machine or process video designed for exhibition displays. We use CAD files and technical materials to show functions, internal components and sequences that live-action footage cannot make visible.
Visitors may join halfway through the video, watch from a distance and hear no sound. We design self-contained scenes, readable text and a loop that supports the sales team’s explanation. Before production, we define what visitors need to understand, on which screen and in how much time.
Large, hidden or unavailable products
Hard-to-transport machinery, internal mechanisms, processes and product launches that need a controlled visual demonstration.
A live demonstration tells the story better
A physical demonstration or filmed footage can complement the animation. If visitors need to choose variants, consider a 3D product configurator.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
A video for your stand. Adaptations for life after the event.
The master and its variants are agreed before final rendering, together with scenes, formats and approval points.
A sequence that works without sound
Scenes, camera angles and callouts explain the essential message. The beginning and ending support continuous playback and visitors who join halfway through.
Masters for LED walls and monitors
We prepare the format required by your stand contractor: aspect ratio, pixel resolution, orientation, playback rate and codec. A non-standard LED wall needs actual specifications, rather than a generic 4K file.
Versions for web, social and sales
Edits, captions, sound and proportions may differ for LinkedIn, websites and presentations. Included adaptations and additional deliverables are distinguished in the quotation.
DESIGNED FOR THE EXHIBITION HALL
The video needs to work in the actual space.
Viewing distances, ambient light and background noise differ from a meeting room. We avoid details that are too small and text that takes too long to read. The visual hierarchy starts with the commercial message, then explains the product’s operation.
We check the loop transition, any audio, screen position and reading time during editing. Playback specifications and a test file are agreed with the stand contractor before final delivery.
OUR PROCESS
From your event date to a playback-ready master.
We start with your trade show date and plan every stage through delivery to your stand contractor. Each stage includes a shared review before final rendering.
Brief and feasibility
Product, message, event date, delivery deadline and display hardware. We review CAD data and the components to show.
Storyboard
We agree the sequence, captions, exploded views and scenes that need to work without sound.
Animatic
A preview checks movement, pace and loop transition. The client approves the message and technical accuracy.
Production
Animation, materials, rendering and editing. Revisions and approval responsibilities are defined in the brief.
Delivery and testing
The master and agreed variants. We check playback with the contractor before the exhibition opens.
Guaranteed delivery before your trade show
After reviewing your materials, we confirm in writing the delivery date to your stand contractor, before the trade show opens. We plan production, revisions and playback testing around a shared schedule.
A quote built around your project
Your quote covers CAD preparation, movement complexity, duration, formats and adaptations. Any urgent production or interactive extensions are defined and quoted as part of the agreed project.
PORTFOLIO EXPERIENCE
Technical videos and content for events.
Real projects from the Loto portfolio: technical animations and content that make products, machinery and processes clear at events and presentations.

AUTOMOTIVE EVENT
A technical story on a large screen
A video designed for a Tech Day, with large-screen projection and continuous playback. It combines different components in a coherent technical sequence, providing a relevant example of video use during an event.

PLANTS AND PROCESSES
Making a complex plant understandable
An industrial animation combining technical detail, infographics and commercial communication. The work shows how to visualise a process for trade shows, presentations and digital channels without transporting the entire machine.

Want visitors to explore the product? See Eurofork at LogiMAT.
A video tells a sequence; a configurator lets visitors choose what to explore. For Eurofork, Loto Studios developed an interactive 3D catalogue used on exhibition kiosks at LogiMAT 2026 and made available on the web.
Visitors can explore products and variants in real time while the sales team guides the presentation. The project demonstrates a concrete connection between the exhibition experience and online access after the event.
If you want a touchscreen or browsable catalogue alongside the video, we assess which assets can be reused and what interaction requires. The configurator is a separate extension with its own scope and quotation.

Before producing your trade show video.
Practical information for feasibility, delivery and coordination with your stand contractor.
Does the video need sound?
It can be designed to work without sound. In a noisy exhibition hall, movement, camera angles and captions need to explain the message on their own. If a narrated or musical version is useful for your website or presentations, we plan it as an adaptation.
What specifications do you need for an LED wall?
We ask the contractor for pixel dimensions, aspect ratio, orientation, playback rate, codec and player requirements. Physical screen dimensions alone do not determine the delivery file. If specifications are not yet available, we agree them before the master is produced.
Can you start from our CAD files?
Yes, after a technical review. We assess geometry, hierarchy and the components to animate. A complete CAD file is not automatically an animation-ready asset: cleanup, materials and missing internal parts can require additional work.
How early should we contact you?
Contact us as soon as your product, objective and trade show date are known. After reviewing the materials, we agree a schedule and confirm in writing delivery to your stand contractor before opening, allowing time for testing and loading.
Can we reuse the video after the event?
Yes, when formats and material licences are planned. Website, LinkedIn and sales versions may need different editing, sound and proportions. We agree what is included before production so reuse does not depend on improvised cropping.
Do you build the stand or supply the screens?
This offer covers 3D video content. We coordinate playback specifications with the stand contact; physical construction, display hardware and screen rental must be agreed with the relevant suppliers. Touchscreens, configurators and VR are separate extensions.

PLAN YOUR TRADE SHOW
Which product do you want to bring to the stand?
Tell us the event, date, product and available materials. We can assess the content to produce, the files required and a schedule that allows for handover to your stand contractor.
Your marketing or sales contact works with the person who can approve technical details. The first enquiry only needs essential information: confidential files can be shared after agreeing the appropriate process.
