Immersive rooms

Panoramic content and visual environments across synchronised surfaces. We design the narrative, perspectives and relationship between images, audio and audiences.

IMMERSIVE ROOMS

A continuous visual environment around people.

An immersive room distributes content across multiple walls or surfaces to create a shared experience. Scenes need to work as a whole: perspective, transitions, pace and audio are designed around the audience’s position.

We create 3D content, animations and panoramic sequences for existing rooms or rooms under design. We work with the technical team to define formats, synchronisation and playback, distinguishing digital production from the room’s physical construction.

For shared experiences

Exhibitions, presentations, brand spaces and cultural journeys where several people experience the same sequence without wearing a headset.

A room or a journey?

A room concentrates storytelling in one environment. An exhibition can span several rooms and exploration points; individual VR instead provides a headset experience.

WHAT WE CREATE

Treat surfaces as one system.

Continuity requires consistent choices across the whole scene, not just a wider video.

Panoramic content

Scenes, 3D environments and animations built around surface proportions, with agreed transitions and attention zones.

Pace and viewpoints

We define where to focus the message and guide attention, avoiding essential information that depends on a viewpoint inaccessible to the audience.

Coordinated playback

We deliver files for the agreed system and check splits, startup and synchronisation with the technical team.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

From floor plan to complete scene.

01

Space and audience

We gather dimensions, surfaces, visitor positions and usage conditions.

02

Panoramic trial

We review a representative scene with the planned proportions and viewpoints.

03

Production

We create sequences, transitions and the audio content included in scope.

04

Integration

We agree playback system testing, technical revisions and operator instructions.

TECHNICAL BRIEF

Technical inputs before final images.

Room proportions and playback systems affect production from the outset.

InputWhat we define together
SurfacesDimensions, proportions, angles, any floors or ceilings involved and non-visible areas.
Viewing and audioAudience position and movement, sequence duration, languages and audio system.
PlaybackResolutions, formats, frame rate and synchronisation required by the room’s system.

PROJECT TO EXPLORE

Vette e Onde: storytelling takes up space.

Vette e Onde is a Loto visual content and storytelling project for an immersive space. The reference concerns the narrative and imagery; geometry, technical systems and projection methods are developed for the location of the new project.

SCOPE AND BUDGET

Content and software with a defined scope.

An immersive experience with custom content and software starts at €7,500. Duration, scene complexity, surfaces and integrations determine the quotation. If you only need content adapted or produced for an existing room, we assess that specific scope.

Systems, projectors or displays, structures, rentals and installation are defined separately. Schedule, tests and support are agreed according to the room and available materials.

FAQ

Questions about immersive rooms.

Do you also build the physical room?

We define scope for each project. Content and software are distinct from structures and systems, which require coordination with designers and technical suppliers.

Can you work with an existing room?

Yes, after gathering dimensions, formats and system specifications. We check the required outputs before producing final content.

Is 3D always required?

No. Images, video and graphics can be part of the narrative. 3D is useful for creating environments, perspectives or movement not supported by the available material.

Does everyone see the same perspective?

The result depends on position. We define the main viewpoints and check readability and transitions for people at the sides or moving through the room.

Can interactions be added?

Yes, if they serve the experience. Interactions, audience management and resetting require software design and checks suited to the space.

CONNECTED SERVICES

Different technologies, distinct objectives.

For a journey with multiple stages, an immersive exhibition also addresses the sequence of the visit. For a specific architectural surface, projection mapping connects imagery to the geometry of the object or building.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

Do you have a room already, or are you designing the space?

Describe the audience, objective and surfaces. If available, include a floor plan and system specifications so we can define content and integration.

AN INITIAL DISCUSSION

Space, audience and technology before installation.

We distinguish content and software from hardware and technical services, so the quote starts from a realistic scope.
