3D, AI and interactive technologies for industry and manufacturing

Industrial rendering, technical animation, 3D configurators, digital twins, VR/AR and AI assistants for explaining complex products, supporting sales, training, service and operational processes.

CAD, PRODUCT, PROCESS

One data source, multiple experiences.

Industrial companies already have technical data: CAD, STEP files, manuals, bills of materials, catalogs and operational documentation. Value emerges when these assets become understandable content, sales tools and applications that are useful in the field.

We start from the assets already available to build photorealistic rendering, process animation, configurators, digital twins, VR/AR experiences and AI assistants. The goal is not to add technology for decoration, but to reduce friction between engineering, sales, training, maintenance and technical support.

When is it useful?

When a product is difficult to transport, configure or explain; when the process is hidden; or when technicians, dealers and customers need access to the same content in different contexts.

When should you keep it simpler?

If the goal is to show a single product or explain a linear sequence, rendering and video can be more efficient than a real-time platform. Technology should be chosen around the actual problem.

OUR SOLUTIONS

What we build for industry and manufacturing

We turn CAD data, documentation and technical know-how into visual, interactive and operational tools for communication, sales, configuration, training and service.

ALL SERVICES →
Automated packaging line shown through the transition from CAD wireframe to photorealistic 3D rendering.
01

Industrial 3D rendering

Photorealistic visualization from CAD and technical files for machinery, components, plants and industrial products. Useful when the product is unavailable, difficult to photograph or needs to be shown in multiple configurations.

Cutaway industrial machine showing internal components, moving parts and material flow during the production process.
02

Technical and process 3D animation

3D video to show internal operation, flows, components and production sequences that traditional filming cannot clearly communicate. Suitable for trade shows, sales meetings, training and technical communication.

LEARN MORE →
Professional configuring a robotic industrial cell on a large touchscreen by selecting modules, variants and components.
03

Industrial 3D configurators

Applications for exploring products, variants, accessories and configurations on web, kiosks and showroom displays. They can connect to pricing, commercial data and quotation logic to make B2B sales more concrete.

LEARN MORE →
Industrial pump connected to its interactive digital twin with a 3D model, operating parameters and a component inspection alert.
04

Digital twins and interactive applications

Interactive digital models for presenting machinery, visualizing components and linking technical data to the 3D object. Useful when the same digital base must support sales, training, service or custom applications.

LEARN MORE →
Technician using a VR headset to perform a guided maintenance procedure on a virtual industrial electrical panel.
05

VR and AR for training and maintenance

Immersive experiences for training, procedure simulation, onboarding and operational support. They can work offline and let people practice complex tasks without occupying machinery or stopping production.

LEARN MORE →
Technician using a voice AI assistant on a tablet to identify a faulty component and display the intervention procedure.
06

Vucìa for technical support

Web and voice assistants trained on manuals, procedures and company knowledge bases to make technical knowledge searchable and accessible. A support layer for customers, technicians, training and troubleshooting.

INDUSTRY CASE STUDIES

Projects that turn technical complexity into useful tools

Configurators, rendering, process animation, training and AI support: industrial proof matters when it shows how data and know-how become practical tools for sales, training and operations.

OUR PROCESS

From technical data to a ready-to-use experience

The process starts from the materials the company already has and turns them into assets, content or applications that can be verified before delivery.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROJECT →
01

Analysis

We define the goal, audience, devices, available materials and required outputs.

02

Asset preparation

We review CAD, STEP files, models, manuals and data to build a reliable digital base.

03

Production

We build visuals, animation, configurators or applications using the most suitable technology.

04

Validation

We share previews and intermediate builds to validate content, data and behavior.

05

Delivery

We prepare the project for web, desktop, kiosks, headsets or offline use on site.

WHERE WE CREATE VALUE

From product to sales and service

The same digital base can support multiple stages of the industrial lifecycle, avoiding the need to rebuild separate content and tools each time.

CONTACT US →

Explain the product

Visualize mechanisms, variants, details and processes before production or installation.

Present at trade shows

Kiosks, configurators, video and demos for presenting complex products without transporting the entire range.

Configure and quote

Turn variants and options into a clearer experience for sales teams, dealers and customers.

Install and commission

Support procedures, assembly and technical consultation with contextual digital content.

Train and support

VR training, AI assistants and knowledge bases that make procedures and know-how more accessible.

INDUSTRY FAQ

Frequently asked questions about 3D, configurators and industrial technologies

Practical answers about source materials, integrations, offline operation, updates and asset ownership.

CONTACT US →
Can we start from existing CAD or STEP files?

Yes. We review geometry, structure and level of detail of the available data and optimize it according to the final output: rendering, animation, configurator, VR or interactive application.

Can an industrial configurator connect to ERP, pricing or business systems?

Yes, when the systems expose suitable data and APIs. Integration is designed around the real workflow for configuration, variants, availability and quotation.

Is an internet connection required on site?

Not necessarily. We design many applications to work offline when the operational context requires it, separating the functions that need online services.

Can VR be used for training and technical procedures?

Yes. Virtual reality can simulate procedures, operational sequences and scenarios that are difficult to reproduce physically, without occupying real machinery during training.

How do you handle product, variant and documentation updates?

When required, we structure assets and data modularly so new variants, content or procedures can be updated without rebuilding everything from scratch.

Who owns the files at the end of the project?

Delivery is defined in the project contract. When included, we provide source files and documentation using standard technologies so the project remains maintainable and updatable over time.
