CORPORATE EVENTS AND BRAND ACTIVATION

The brand message becomes an experience.

A corporate event brings together timing, people and a message. We create visual content and applications that support a presentation, let people explore a product or involve the audience in a shared activity.

We start with the objective: presenting, explaining, enabling choices or encouraging participation. We define each screen and interaction’s role in the running order, coordinating content, software and operations with the agency, production team and installation contractor.

For launches and conventions

When a product, a message and an audience need to come together in a coordinated moment, with content for the stage, demonstration areas and participation activities.

A video or an application?

A film follows a defined sequence; an application responds to people. We choose the format according to the experience and how it will be operated during the event.

WHAT WE CREATE

From presentation to participation.

Each element needs to work during the actual event, even when timings and audience flows change.

Stage and screen content

3D scenes, animations and visual sequences adapted to the agreed surfaces, with versions and formats for the production team.

Interactive activations

Product demonstrations, audience choices, quizzes and game moments, with controls and feedback that make sense in the event setting.

Operator tools

Starting, stopping, resetting and managing content within the agreed scope. We plan a usable mode even when nobody is interacting.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION

A production that follows the running order.

01

Brief and running order

We define the objective, participants, key moments, venue and brand materials.

02

Concept and trial

We develop the visual sequence and an interaction prototype to review with the production team.

03

Production and revisions

We create content and software, distinguishing creative approvals from technical checks.

04

Integration and handover

We agree rehearsals, formats, instructions and responsibilities during the event day.

TECHNICAL BRIEF

Prepare the event before entering the venue.

A concrete brief separates digital production from technical supply and on-site operation.

InputWhat we define together
Message and materialsCommunication objective, brand guidelines, presentations, product assets and languages.
Space and running orderFloor plan, surfaces, expected audience and the moments when content will be used.
Technology and operationResolutions, production setup, devices, network and the people who will lead or support the experience.

PROJECT TO EXPLORE

The Game Show: the audience joins the programme.

The Game Show is a Loto gamification project for corporate events. It illustrates one way to organise group participation through challenges and shared content: the mechanics, themes and integration for your event are defined around its brief.

SCOPE AND BUDGET

A single event or a format to reuse.

An application for a single event starts at €3,000; a multi-event platform starts at €6,000. Content, functions and update capabilities determine the actual quotation.

Hardware, structures, rentals, installation and on-site support are defined separately. Dates, rehearsals and revisions are agreed around the brief and the availability of materials.

FAQ

Questions about corporate events.

Do you also work with external agencies and production teams?

Yes. We can handle content and software within a wider production, agreeing contacts, formats and approval points.

Can presentations and interactions alternate?

Yes. We design clear transitions between production-led moments and audience participation, with agreed reset procedures.

Is an internet connection required?

It depends on the functions. We assess what can run locally and what requires a network, planning behaviour when connectivity is absent or unstable.

Can we reuse the project at other venues?

Yes, if reuse is planned. We separate updatable content, shared functions and adaptations to surfaces or devices at other venues.

Do you include lead capture or CRM integrations?

These functions must be assessed and authorised separately. We can start designing the experience without collecting personal data.

CONNECTED SERVICES

Different technologies, distinct objectives.

For a group challenge, gamification defines rules and facilitation. A stand with a continuous visitor flow instead needs an interactive installation with quick entry and an automatic return to the initial state.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOUR PROJECT

What is the key moment of your event?

Tell us the objective, date, venue, audience and available materials. We will assess content, interactions and coordination with the production team together.

AN INITIAL DISCUSSION

Space, audience and technology before installation.

We distinguish content and software from hardware and technical services, so the quote starts from a realistic scope.
